Hi, I’m Vicki

My love for yoga began just when I felt completely lost.

I didn’t realise how much I needed to practice until I started practicing. Yoga helped me feel at home in my body during a time when I didn’t know how to live in my own skin.

After loosing my dad in 2019, I felt that same out-of-body experience, and it wasn’t until I rolled my mat out again that I felt safe and connected. I embarked on my teaching journey during COVID and I have been sharing Yoga ever since. I hope that I can help you feel at home in your body, just as Yoga helped me all this time.

My passion lies in the connective tissues and the mind/body connection. My classes are inclusive, welcoming, fun and designed to make you curious about your own connections.
